the location is super central for exploring. the staff messaged me early to confirm my arrival time, i checked in early and was shown to my apartment. i requested fresh towels and they provided them promptly the lady at the desk was very pleasant and friendly.
the window had only vertical blinds that let in quite a bit of light.

the complimentary continental breakfast included a selection of cereals, porridge, muffins, fruit and tea. coffee was also available, with a nice way to start the day before heading out for sightseeing.

the apartment felt nice and cozy especially because it was at the rear of the hotel. the bed in the living area and the one in the bedroom were both comfortable. it was great to have separate sleeping spaces.

I really appreciated the helpful staff. They accommodated our dog very well. the room change made our pet more comfortable. i would definitely consider staying here again because of the friendly, attentive service.
The room wasn't as clean as i expected. I saw some bits in the bed and bath. a musty smell lingered. i hope they address the cleanliness issues soon.

Excellent Stay Near Houndshill Shopping Centre

I have stayed here before and I always feel welcome. The staff is consistently friendly. The rooms offer ample space, a great benefit. This secure lodging is also dog friendly. I feel happy having my dog here. I was moved to a lower level room upon arrival. The lady was really helpful and the check-in was quick.
The one bedroom apartment I booked felt more like a studio. It was not exactly what I expected.

The location is super central. The Houndshill Shopping Centre is just a minute away. The lodging provides a secure environment for all guests. It also has a dog-friendly policy, accommodating pets with ease.
